After forging at 1200°C, the heads are placed in a container of natural straw ash to cool slowly over three days. Innovative Semi-Hollow Construction

The “X” stands for the extra performance hidden within. Unlike traditional blades, the FT-2 MB-X features a precision-drilled hollow section in the toe. This allowed Fujimoto master craftsmen to:

• Remove 40g of weight from the center.

• Reposition mass to create a lower, deeper Center of Gravity (CG).

• Increase MOI (forgiveness) without compromising the thin topline and minimal offset that better players demand.
